For 20 years Barry Callebaut Group has been optimizing the taste of a new fourth chocolate flavor and now it’s finally on point and ready to be tasted for the first time in history. It’s not black chocolate, it’s not milk, it’s not white chocolate. The new flavor is called ‘Ruby’.
